How come you don’t do what you really want to do?
You’ve been conditioned to be that way.
You already have an internal program running, that doesn’t let you do as you wish.
A way of thinking that doesn’t let you to get what you want.
A way of feeling that impedes you from taking action when it’s most needed.
A way of living that is unsatisfying.
You don’t get to be who you really want to be.
What can be done to change this?
You can reprogram yourself.
How do you do that?
You rewrite over the previous program.
You substitute what you used to believe a minute ago with a new and more effective thought.
Brainwashing? No, brain-reprogramming.
You don’t need a mantra. You don’t need to tell the universe and you certainly don’t need to repeat it forever.
This endless misery stops when you believe.
Belief makes your reality, and it also breaks it.
Which one will you choose?
Believing is done when you accept something.
When you welcome it, or when you see it as it is right now, even if you don’t like it.
Don’t pretend to make a lasting change if you can’t manage the situation.
If you think you can’t do something, you are right, you can’t.
If you think you can do it, then you are also right.
What? You have doubts? You don’t know “how” you could do it?
The “how” always appear when you “know” you can do it.
If you know you can, you don’t care about the how. The “how” will come, as it always does.
That’s the way of Nature, that’s the way of Life.
Who knows how and who cares why?
Maybe the thousands or millions of years of genetic heritage will ignite in you the solution to your problem.
It may come as an automatic response from you, without understanding what is going on.
Maybe you saw, heard, or learned a valuable lesson once, a long time ago, and now it resurfaces in your mind to your aid.
Maybe, the act of boldness from your part gives you the energy to keep looking until you find what you need.
Maybe an act of God will take place without you ever noticing it.
In the end, the thing that matters to you is not the maybe this, maybe that.
What matters is you moving head-straight into your target.
Move ferociously to your goal. Move violently towards your mission.
There is no failure; there is only an opportunity to learn.
If you stop, you’ve lost.
If you learn, you win.
If you study your failure for success, then next time, it will be a different story.
What’s the lesson here?
Don’t run away. Respond to your failure and you’ll be responsible for your success.
To be a slave or to be in control?
After so many movies that aim to entertain us and TV and paper news that aim to “inform” us, we end up thinking that “controlling” is a bad word.
Totally absurd, if we stop wanting to control ourselves we will become disabled, and/or babies again.
Don’t you like having a choice? Don’t you like having freedom? Don’t you like having some privacy?
That is choice. That is control.
Will you give it to your parents? Will you give it to your boss; to your government, perhaps? Will you surrender the ability to make your life better than it could ever be?
Giving up will make you a slave. Being a slave means something or someone else makes choices for you over your life.
Too bad we end up being slave to ourselves.
Incarcerated by our weaknesses; torn on whether we should do what we feel or do what we think.
Which one? Follow your heart or your head?
What if you have destructive emotions? What if you have erroneous thoughts?
You want to stop all that drama in your life? Tired of it?
Be in control.
Choose to say no. Choose to say yes, but be sure to a make a choice once and for all.
Make the decision. Don’t wait on your impulses. Don’t wait until you feel better.
Control yourself and you will control your world.
Get to it
